Held Together with Water*
 10 September 2008 – 11 January 2009 Istanbul Museum of Modern Art will present to viewers the exhibition "Held Together with Water", prepared with the co-operation of Gabriele Schor, the Director of the Verbund Collection, and Levent Calikoglu, Chief Curator of the Istanbul Museum of Modern Art, on September 10th, Silent Impressions
 Kenna photographs from dusk till dawn, capturing what is otherwise impossible for the human eye to see. He is immensely intrigued by the movement of earth, water, mist, fog and clouds which are always moving, transforming in a somewhat uncontrollable infinite journey. Narrative of a Portrait:KORDA’S CHE FROM REVOLUTION TO ICONat santralistanbul Santralistanbul presents a comprehensive exhibition on Alberto Díaz Korda’s 1960 portrait of Ernesto Che Guevara, one of the leading figures of the Cuban revolution, entitled “Guerrillero Heroico”. The exhibition traces the photograph from its revolutionary conception to its proliferating commercial contemporary appearances.  Santralis Pureblood Reflections
In “Pureblood Reflections”, the new exhibition of the Istanbul Museum of Modern Art Photography Gallery, Peter Muller Peter introduces the Yeguada de la Cartuja horses, present at the courts of Europe ever since the 12th century, with a brand new interpretation. Peter Muller Peter creates dramatic stories by taking photographs of this horse that has been depicted in the paintings of famous European artists, by again photographing it together with these paintings.
